A Yoga Therapy session is $60 for one hour.

Ease away your stress during the hour and a half basic hatha class - a rejuvenating experience which follows a simple, unique structure. Classes are limited to 8 students and allow for individualized instruction.

Laura
"Lakshmi" Warfield has been the director of the Integral Yoga Center of
Fairfield, Ct. for 9 years. She has has been teaching for
30 years and has instructed at the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City, Hofstra University, Oxford Health Group,
the Fitness Edge and at many health clubs and community
centers. She is also certified to teach Cardiac Yoga. Dr. Dean Ornish, author of "Diet, Stress and Your Heart"
personally recommends her as a yoga teacher. The Bateman
Institute in New York City has certified her as a Yoga Therapist. She
taught Biology for the Board of Education in New York for 10 years.
When taking a yoga class please refrain from eating three hours prior to class and wear comfortable clothes for stretching. Everyone regardless of age, health or previous experience can participate in these multi-level classes. Bring a towel or mat to class. Yoga mats and other items are available for purchase.

DIRECTIONS to the studio at 45 Nordstrand Ave
in Fairfield, CT
Merrit Parkway, exit 44, go south on Black Rock Turnpike, all
the way past the shopping area, to the top of a hill where the road forks at the
Blockbuster shopping center. Bear left at the fork (turns into Tunxis Hill
Cutoff, go left *on Villa Avenue, past the car wash, through the stop
sign, then make the first left onto Villa Place, go right at the bottom of the
hill (you can't go anymore. There's a ball park there)onto Nordstrand Ave.
There's no street sign. The studio is in a white Cape. There are no signs.
Please park in front of the house or across the street alongside the park or in
the parking lot across the street. Walk up the driveway of the house, around the porch and follow the path
downstairs to the studio.
95 Southbound, take exit 24, go right at the end of the ramp, then
turn right at the light onto King's Highway,** go through 2 lights, then left on
Villa Avenue (at the Patio Paradise store),
go to asterick*above and follow directions.
95 Northbound, take exit 24 go straight throught the light at
the bottom of the ramp, circle left back under the highway following Route
1 North onto Kings Highway. See asterick** above and follow directions.
